It turns out that Amy is having an affair with Penelope's husband. Amy is on the phone telling her "man" that she wants her birthday to be special. She also wants the diamond bracelet she saw at the jewelry store. She is being bitchy and tells him she will tell his wife that they are fucking if he doesn't do what she says. Amy hangs up and is ready for her home massage. She is unaware that instead of the massage therapist, it's Penelope who is rubbing her down. Penelope starts to rub very hard and Amy complains. She then turns around she realizes it's Penelope. Penelope grabs Amy and ties hands behind her back. Now Amy is at Penelope's mercy. Penelope places Amy's birthday cake on the massage table. She then grabs Amy by the hair and smashes her face over and over into the cake. Amy's cake is ruined, but Penelope wants to make it up to her, by making her a new cake. But one of the ingrediants will include Amy herself. Penelope starts with eggs over Amy's head. Then a bag of flour is poured all over her. Now comes the butter cream frosting. Penelope smears it all over Amy's face, hair and body. Next is the decorations. Penelope puts a huge marshmallow in Amy's mouth and one each for her eyes. Amy looks like a freak now. But now comes the sprinkles all over her butter creamed body. The final touch are two candles on top of Amy's head. Amy is now officially a human birthday cake. So Penelope sings happy birthday to Amy and blows out the candles. Happy birthday you slut!
