Celeste needs money for college, so she accepts being a life cast model, but little does she know she will soon be turned into a creepy looking human statue to be put on display. She thinks all is well as Penelope starts to slather her, but starts to panic when she can't move. Celeste is soon totally covered head to toe and unrecognizable. Penelope then adds the finishing touches by giving her huge bug eyes, a smile, nipples and a bush. Another human statue for Penelope to add to her collection.
